The packaging bag filled with products is transported to the designated stacking area for positioning. The servo palletizer positions the extended arm and suction cup on the arm directly above the positioning of the packaging bag at the initial position. When the positioning signal of the packaging bag is sent out, the cantilever is controlled to move downwards (Z-axis movement) by the servo motor. When the suction cup reaches the suction height, the cantilever stops descending and the vacuum suction cup opens. After sucking up the packaging bag, the cantilever servo motor reverses and lifts the cantilever to a safe height. The cantilever is moved to the desired position directly above the set position by the left and right servo motors for positioning (X-axis movement), After positioning above (Z-axis movement), the cantilever rises and falls, and the servo motor starts to move to the set position (the suction cup can be released to automatically find the height of the packaging bag), and the packaging bag is coded into the designated position. Repeat the above actions, and after stacking the entire pallet, the buzzer will sound an alarm to remind you that the stacking has been completed. The porter will transport the palletized pallets away, place them in new pallets, and repeat the reciprocating motion. The suction cup on the cantilever can also be moved along the Y-axis through a servo motor. By moving to the designated position through servo, all three axes can move simultaneously. )
